NEOGAGE Analysis incorporates a collection of MSA analyses for the verification and improvement of measurement systems as well as Statistical Process Control (SPC).

Measurement Systems Analysis module
The extension includes a collection of tools for the verification and improvement of measurement systems. The module enables you to test the system and measurement process capabilities using the following three analyses:
- Cgk analysis,
- G&R analysis,
- Attribute analysis.
Statistical Process Control module
The extension enables you to apply process statistics and data to verify deviations from the required standards. The process stability level analysis is performed using the following four tools:
- histogram,
- Pareto diagram,
- control card,
- process flow diagram.
