NEOGAGE version 3.4.0

We are pleased to announce the release of NEOGAGE 3.4.0, which introduces numerous improvements and new features, making the application even more intuitive and effective in managing equipment, measurement data, and technical processes.

One of the key enhancements is the ability to freely arrange the order of characteristics in the instruction, allowing users to better organize and improve the clarity of measurement processes. Additionally, we have expanded the functionality of the application’s dictionaries, enabling more precise customization of settings to meet the specific needs of companies. We have also introduced the option for batch printing of QR codes, significantly speeding up the identification and management of measuring instruments.

The new version of the application also offers more advanced notification options -users can now configure how notifications are sent and manually transmit important information to groups responsible for a given instrument, improving communication and coordination within the organization. Furthermore, we have increased the flexibility of the action approval process, providing users with greater control over

operations. We have also introduced the ability to change the status of an instrument during an ongoing action, allowing real-time monitoring of its condition and adjustment of maintenance plans accordingly.

The spare parts management module has been enhanced with a mechanism that blocks the creation of records with identical ID numbers, eliminating the risk of data duplication and improving record transparency. In addition, we have introduced a function for tracking the flow of spare parts, enabling more precise analysis and optimization of resource management.

Placing a strong emphasis on user security, we have implemented two-factor authentication (2FA), providing an additional layer of protection for accessing the application. System administrators can now conveniently configure the mail server and Active Directory directly from the administration panel, simplifying integration with the company’s IT infrastructure. Moreover, we have carried out numerous optimizations and bug fixes to ensure even greater stability and reliability of the application.
