NEOGAGE Analysis – SPC software

A module enabling statistical process control (SPC) has recently been added to the NEOGAGE Analysis application. The system allows statistics and process data to be used to verify deviations from established standards. The analysis of process stability is carried out using four tools:

• histogram,
• Pareto chart,
• control chart,
• process flow chart.

Maintaining process repeatability helps to ensure high product quality. SPC allows you to identify changes as they occur and take action before non-conforming products appear.
